Best Western Plus Hotel Bern

With the help of the gentle staff, we had a such great stay. Hotel was reasonably spacious, very good wi-fi, prime location just off tram routes and the old town and train station.

Professional staff, impressive location and rooms are quiet. Easy enough to find, in the heart of Bern.

I appreciated the hotel, it's absolutely fabulous and the location is perfect very near train station. The breakfast was rich with delicious croissants for the continental breakfast.

In a picturesque position with a GLORIOUS garden view. Stuff where eager to help and I had a great stay. Efficient check-in, easy check-out.

We liked our stay in this well presented hotel with the responsive staff. Our room was silent and immaculate with a bathtub.

The room is functional and soundproof, that is important to us. Old City of Bern district definitely deserves your time and attention.

Actually everything was okay, my next choice again in Bern. Booked a room with marvellous views. Late check-out was useful. Walking distance to a supermarket and a shopping area across the street. The hotel restaurant was delightful.

Warm and perfectly clean place with so helpfull staff. Room is very pretty and appropriate with great bed. Substantial breakfast, outstanding service.

We would return there, when in Bern. Comfortable beds in the rooms. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. We really loved the staff, particularly the receptionist: )

The location was excellent, with Kornhauskeller nearby. Set right by a train station.
